PVC conveyor belts are classified as flat belts, curved belts, bending belts as of forms and can be fabricated in various patterns and plies for all purpose.

Conveyor belts are designed and fabricated based on specifications of the material to be conveyed, characteristics of chassis operating on and environmental conditions .
Three main elements of belt design;
1- Synthetic polyester fabric;
It is the carcass construction to meet the load on it and total load arising from other frictions to occur.
It is obtained via applying multifilament yarn by putting filaments with indefinite length side by side in both longitudinal (warp) and widthwise (weft) of the belt.
In case of rigid fabric, monofilament synthetic yarn is used as the single fiber based on the use area.
Diameter of yarn and winding numbers are the main parameters for design.
2- Coating;
PVC, PU, POL and thermoplastic coatings are applied as to create minimum affect on the material to be conveyed by protecting the carrier carcass construction and considering all environmental factors.
3- Fabrication;
Conveyor belts designed considering the above-mentioned points are fabricated in semi-automatic production line with Italian origin carefully.
